b:bot is an innovative and "made in France" plastic bottle collecting machine that totally reinvents the deposit to make it adaptable, community-based and solidary. It values the sorting action by offering the user a fun experience. Far from the usual economic model of waste treatment, b:bot is profitable and works without any help or contribution.
b: bot is a solution that can be integrated anywhere, including urban areas. b: bot is located in public places where traffic is important (ex. railway stations), as well as in super and hyper-markets.
b:bot is the only solution that can fully finance recycling by reselling PET from the bottles collected and then transformed into sorted flakes directly into the machine. The economic model does not require any subsidy or eco-contribution.
b:bot sorts, separates and transforms the bottles into a pro- duct ready for recycling, called flakes: it can be sold €600 per tonne against €200 for a tonne of bottles that comes out of a sorting center.
An innovative and digital technology.
b:bot is connected to a remote management plat- form thanks to AI. The machine learning combined to the remote monitoring allows costs reduction in terms of logistic and maintenance.Thanks to its em- barked intelligence, b:bot is for example able to re- cognize and identify the new bottles on the market.
Interactive and connected, the user experience is extended by a chat bot and a mobile application. The consumer is included into a community of sorters, encouraged to accumulate points and to follow its sorting performance.
b:bot, solidary and ecologic advantages.
The donation system confers a double range to the sorter's action: with the association Océans Sans Plastiques, the money collected makes it possible to fetch a second bottle on the beaches, then recycled by b:bot.
The interface, digital and attractive, adapts easily to its user and simplifies access to the collection for people in need.
